At Vinnci, we are committed to providing every customer with a secure and hassle-free payment experience. Below you will find how you can pay, how your transaction is protected, and what to expect at checkout.
1. Accepted payment methods
Our website uses Shopify Payments, a trusted and secure payment platform. You can pay using:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover
- Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal
- Local methods: iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium)
Available methods vary slightly by country. You will see every option available to you at checkout.
2. Currency and pricing
All payments are processed in the currency of the country you are shopping from, and your final total is always shown in full before you complete your purchase.
All prices include VAT.
3. Customs and import charges — already paid
All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. You will never be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. No customs invoice, no handling fee, no surprise charge at your door.
4. Payment security
Your security is our priority. All payment data is encrypted in transit and processed by Shopify Payments, which meets PCI DSS standards.
Vinnci never has access to, and never stores, your card or banking details. European cards are additionally protected by 3D Secure strong customer authentication.
5. Billing
Payment is taken when you place your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order summary and invoice.
Your total includes the product price and all applicable taxes and duties. There are no hidden fees and no surcharges.
6. On your bank statement
Your payment will appear as VINNCI. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us before disputing it — we will identify it for you straight away.
7. Payment issues
If a payment does not go through, it is usually one of the following:
- A detail entered incorrectly
- Insufficient funds, or the card not authorised for online purchases
- Your bank declining the transaction for security reasons
If the problem persists, contact us and we will help you complete your order.
8. Buyer protection
- 30-day returns, free of charge
- Every order shipped with tracking
- Full refund if your order is not delivered within 30 days of dispatch
