Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or cancel your order.
1. Countries and returns
- We accept returns from all countries we ship to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
- We accept returns of both faulty and non-faulty items.
- You do not need to give a reason to return an item.
2. Condition and time limit
- Return window: 30 days from receipt.
- Items should be returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging and labels where possible.
- You are welcome to try an item on to check the fit, exactly as you would in a shop.
- Your order number is all we need as proof of purchase.
3. Method and costs
- Returns are free. You will never be charged to return an item, and there is no restocking fee.
- To start a return, email us at info@thevinnci.com with your order number. We reply within 48 hours with instructions for your specific order.
- Refund processing time: within 14 days of approval.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Our team replies within 48 hours (working days). Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. Requests sent at the weekend are handled on the next working day.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Just email us and we will arrange it at no cost to you.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away at info@thevinnci.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will resolve it immediately.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to credit the amount.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.
- EU and UK customers: you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Our 30-day policy is more generous than this minimum.
- Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- New Zealand customers: your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are unaffected.
